This study covers more than 17,500 brands in 51 markets around the world. It analyzes the data of each company, listed on the stock exchange or whose financial statements are public, in order to estimate its overall value in view of its “business performance, the product itself, the clarity of its positioning and its leadership in the category”.

The first French company – Louis Vuitton – is in 19th place in this ranking. Then come other luxury brands, such as Chanel (34th), Hermès (39th) and L’Oréal (44th). Lancôme (98th) has entered the top 100. Just like the Chinese application TikTok (79th), which has been wildly successful with adolescents.
